Who is this guy?
Mark Grice is known as a unique "triple threat". Horseman, Artist, Actor. Trained as a commercial artist, Mark saddled up for a different career as a full time rancher and horse trainer. Mark's herd of cows got squeezed off his farm as his horse business grew and took him to World Championship competitions across the continent and numerous awards and honours in the horse industry. Mark continued to dabble in the arts on the side, lettering on vehicles and trailers at horse events, creating countless commissioned portraits of horses and their owners, and writing and performing "cowboy poetry".
Even as a horseman, Mark's abilities as a public speaker and performer were often called to duty with various lecturing, hosting, emceeing and announcing duties as well as often entertaining horse show attendees in the evenings with skits, stories and his "cowboy poetry".
Mark also created and hosted a television series in the 90s called Horse Country, which aired on the Outdoor Life Network in the USA.
More recently Mark has returned to his artistic roots, opening an art gallery and art school and acting in community and professional theatre as well as frequently being used in film roles.
Mark Grice enjoys working as a versatile actor who can portray a range from trouble making ruffian, to sleazy player, to authentic cowboy, to wise investigator, to edgy CEO. Film crews enjoy Mark's patience, stamina and humour and directors appreciate his professionalism, his consistency and his ability to take direction.
p.s. Yes, he's been told he looks like Russell Crowe!
